Vitor was very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job on my Dad’s house. There were parts of the house that had a lot of mildew and he was able to clean it perfectly. He now has the cleanest house on the street!

I had a very positive experience working with Vitor Mendes from Global Maintenance who cleaned my gutters earlier today. I found it easy to reach him and work out the details of the job. His arrival was prompt. His manner was courteous and professional. The small details say a lot about someone: his truck was immaculate; his ladders had stabilizers; he took pictures of the work (that I could not easily see). And, his price was competitive. Vitor is not subcontracting his work, so he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Few things can beat the satisfaction one experiences when working with a local, excellent contractor!

Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

He came right in half an hour once we agreed to move forward. He even texted me an ETA when he was on his way. He was very professional. He was very careful of the hardwood floor where he was assembling the furniture, and left the room in tidy condition. Although it took longer to finish the job than what he initially estimated, I would not blame him because he had to drill the holes and he was making sure to not make any damage while assembly.

We hired Vitor to save our dining room after wallpaper removal went wrong. We had peeling and cracked primer and torn drywall paper. The walls were a mess. Vitor cleaned and then prepared them with a skim coat, primed them, and then painted. The room looks terrific! He also painted a hallway and stair case for us and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the quality of work and will certainly call again in the future. Highly recommended!
