Vitor was very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job on my Dad’s house. There were parts of the house that had a lot of mildew and he was able to clean it perfectly. He now has the cleanest house on the street!

I had a very positive experience working with Vitor Mendes from Global Maintenance who cleaned my gutters earlier today. I found it easy to reach him and work out the details of the job. His arrival was prompt. His manner was courteous and professional. The small details say a lot about someone: his truck was immaculate; his ladders had stabilizers; he took pictures of the work (that I could not easily see). And, his price was competitive. Vitor is not subcontracting his work, so he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Few things can beat the satisfaction one experiences when working with a local, excellent contractor!

I’m so glad I contacted Victor to power wash my patio. I had gotten several proposals from larger companies on thumbtack who scheduled us but never showed up to do the work! Victor was so responsive. He arrived on time, gave us a fair price, worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. My patio looks great! I’m definitely sticking with smaller, independently owned businesses, like Victor’s, to do odd jobs going forward. Victor is reliable and provides excellent work. Thank you!
