- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The discount is for everyone, but if the customer needs frequent cleaning. They get a good discount or we can give some extra work as a gift , but if the customer only wants cleaning once, the discount will be smaller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to go the client’s home for a free estimate to talk and understand what the client’s needs are , see the house, give the price and schedule a data for the client’s first cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Be kind to each other, we go though a process of learning about the products used in cleaning to be used safely so as not to damage anything in the customer’s home.
