My prices are fair and based on the size of the space, cleaning frequency, and type of service required. I offer packages for recurring cleanings and discounts for regular customers. I always explain everything clearly, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick conversation to understand the client’s needs. I ask about the space, the home routine, and what areas are a priority for cleaning. After that, we either schedule a visit or begin the service based on what we discussed. I make sure to listen and adjust the service accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and have completed courses related to professional cleaning techniques, organizing spaces, and safe product use. I am always learning and looking for ways to improve the service I provide.
