In person and video call sessions start at $70 per session depending on how many are purchased upfront and location.

I highly recommend Jagoda! She is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Each and every work out is challenging and meets me where I am and always included an extra push to increase my strength, balance, and overall results. Each session is targeted toward specific areas using my body weight, free weights, bands, etc. My upper body strength has increased and I feel stronger!Jagoda also does not skimp on the stretching aspect after a rigorous workout. I’ve worked with other personal trainers in the past and I can say that this has truly been one of the best experiences.
