I have had some of the same customers for 33 years. I love what I do and make every effort to make certain that my clients are more than satisfied with my work. I live in West Haven, Ct. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my price is very fair, reasonable, and much lower than other contractors such as plumbers and electricians. I have been playing piano for 58 years and I enjoy tuning pianos as much as playing music.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always insist on that customers call me. I want customers to "hear" what I'm about and to get get a sense of my personality. That's something that you can't convey with emails and texts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I said earlier, I have been playing piano for 58 years. I have played professionally for 52 yrs. so I know exactly how a piano needs to sound.
