- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, communication, communication. My job is to listen to what you want, and to let you know what it will take to get there. You need to know what your options are (but not too many), and what trade-offs might be necessary to get where you want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to interning with a master carpenter, I’ve also had full corporate training with one of the leading national home improvement services.
