Chris is the whole package. He’s a fine craftsman, a pleasure to work with, organized, creative and efficient. We’ve worked with him on both large (basement design and construction) and small projects (finish work on our shed) just to name a few. He designed an expansion of our parking area to accommodate teenagers with cars, and is as competent outside as he is inside. He will design and build the conversion of our garage into a master bedroom suite and construction of a new detached garage in the future. He’s our go-to person in every aspect of home improvement. We offer a combination that can’t be beat. The professionalism of a national brand, the skills of a master carpenter, and a price point that doesn’t need to charge you for lots of overhead. Let us be your baseline for comparison!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, communication, communication. My job is to listen to what you want, and to let you know what it will take to get there. You need to know what your options are (but not too many), and what trade-offs might be necessary to get where you want to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to interning with a master carpenter, I’ve also had full corporate training with one of the leading national home improvement services.
