Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: (1) What is the difference between "Cardio" and "Strength" training? (2) What is the "Core" and why is it important in Wellness/Fitness training? (3) What is a Hypopressive as compared to a Hyperpressive, and how does it apply to Wellness/Fitness? (4) What/where is the Pelvic Floor, and what roll if any does it play in your Wellness/Fitness and physique? (5) What is Physique Management, and why is it important to you? Others don't know (how to do) what we do. Call us at eight six zero, seven one six, one, one, five, six and we'll happily share the answer to these questions, and the question, "how does our service stand out" and any other questions you might have. We stand out from other providers because we are not just "Certified Personal Trainers" we are Wellness-Fitness counselors. We are trained, certified and experienced in working with many populations including those who've gone through rehabilitation programs but just didn't get far enough along. We work with Seniors who want to move and think younger again. We take those who've "let themselves go" but are now committed to "getting themselves going". We come at things from a Human Dynamics perspective, because that is part of our training. Yes it involves the mind-body connection, but it is more than that. We also believe that which you enjoy is that which you'll employ - so we work with you to find enjoyable ways to make your wellness/fitness program function for you. Are you into cycling, rowing, hiking, we can incorporate those very activities or simulations of them into your program. We have know how, programs and equipment that "others" don't even know about yet. If you are a team, family or other organization preparing for an event, excursion or expedition, clearly you will be starting from different levels of preparedness. We can guide you to a similar level of preparedness enabling everyone to be able to "pull their own weight" and be, prepared to "take up the slack" if need be. We import special equipment (Varibike & Rowingbike) from the Netherlands, Germany and elsewhere that no other wellness/fitness firm has, or is equipped to use to improve you Wellness/Fitness capability, or capacity. We're also trained/certified and exclusively licensed practitioners of modalities (Core - HT & Red Chord) not readily available elsewhere in the USA, that are already internationally recognized for their sophistication, efficiency and effectiveness in enhancing Cardiovascular and Respiratory capacity and capability, and at the same time, stimulate sexual performance, muscule tone, strength and energy. We are leaders in Pelvic Floor toning and rehabilitation, with exciting positive outcomes being reported by our clients after only a few short exercises. We are your listening center in that we listen to your wants, desires and goals, and find ways to support you in making them a reality. The people, the process, the ever evolving changes and modifications in both the knowledge, methods, moves and protocols. Likewise the ever evolving changes and modifications in both the clients and their interactions as they change and develop.

Matt has been a superb and professional trainer. He is very knowledgable and patient. He pushes you to improve and is skilled at working around issues like back pain. He is great with anyone who has learned bad habits of movement and bad posture over time. He is a thinking person's trainer - creative, personable, and enthusiastic. I fully recommend him.

I found Matt to be very professional. He was flexible with scheduling, and punctual. I asked Matt to help me with muscle tone, and he defiantly did. I was extremely happy with my results!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In most states, including CT, MA, NY or FL, there is no requirement for hanging out a shingle as a "Certified Personal Trainer" or "Wellness Professional". Continuing education units (CEU's) are a requirement in almost every field these days, but the requirement in this case is created by the sanctioning bodies, not the states. Becoming a personal trainer can be as simple as a weekend long seminar or correspondence course. Or it can be as involved as earning a four year university degree or beyond. In some cases its a combination. A trainer relying on their university degree alone will not be required to obtain CEU's. A certified Personal Trainer will in most cases be required to earn CEU's to maintain their certification. At 4Health Group we are all University educated and hold multiple certifications and are constantly not only earning CEU's but also teaching programs for other providers. We're more than happy to share more on this matter, just call us at eight six zero, seven one six, one, one, five, six to learn more.
