Will, I can't express to you how upsetting and disappointing it is to read this review you posted after all of the help I have tried to provide for you on this project. This review is incredibly unfair and inaccurate. You and I have had a lot of communication on how to finish this job out to the best of our ability back and forth for weeks. I've been over to you house walking through and looking at all of these items and fixing them and providing complementary services to make sure the job is done right. You are literally the first job I've even not been able to complete. And you didn't have to pay the 11% balance on your contract either. The reason we aren't finishing the final touch ups has nothing to do with quality or us not caring about your project. It has to do with the aggressive verbal communication that I personally can't accept as reasonable from your end. You did apologize for this over text, which I appreciated when you wrote to me : "You're right, I shouldn't have raised my voice today". While I appreciate the apology, I can't be expected to continue trying to help you under those conditions. It's not reasonable. I understand there were frustrating circumstances surrounding this job, and I have responded and come back repeatedly to accommodate at every turn. Everything about your review is inaccurate and unfair. Even the category of "kitchen remodel" is incorrect. We worked on your bathroom and we completed 98% of the project in with the same quality that we have done on your previous projects. This is why you had us back in your house for a fourth time - because you liked working with us and appreciated how well we do. You are the only one star review on our entire page. Why would you hire us on four separate occasions if we are doing such sloppy work? In our conversations, I told you I would waive the money you owed on the project which was 11% of the contract even though there was only about 2% left to finish. The pictures you posted are so dishonest because you posted the things that I came back and fixed! Those are before pictures. We literally came back and painted those windows, and fixed most of the things you posted as photos. The only things that weren't fixed you told me to come back to do at the end once your tub was installed. It's complete fabrication and very aggravating to see this after all I have done to try to help you. I hope you can reconsider amending this review as I care deeply about every client we have, and this is truly unfair to my business.
