- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are very detailed and explain the work being done in detail. Any added cost due to requests and or unforeseen is always discussed and agreed upon before hand to eliminate my customer being surprised by an invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my potential new client in person and learn about the project they are interested in doing and outcome they desire. I offer my expertise to help with design questions and material orders if needed and I always make sure to have very open communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have college courses in building construction. I have on the job training working under a master carpenter and a combined 26 years in the construction field from working as an apprentice, to doing all the work on my own when starting H&H, to currently sub contracting and on site management of hand picked professionals to create a seamless process that reduces the stresses that can and will happen during the any building project.
