Mike’s Factory Direct is a family owned business that was established in 1999 in beautiful Fairfield County, CT. We come from humble beginnings, starting off with only 100 sq. ft of warehouse space and a pickup truck. Since then we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth with over 12,000 customers to date. We are not in a fancy retail space; in fact, you would probably miss us if you were just driving by. We keep it simple with 7500 sq. ft. of combined showroom & warehouse space, 2 sales people, 2 delivery guys, and 2 service technicians in dedicated service vehicles. Mike's Factory Direct is handling our service perfectly. All expectations have been met, costs are reasonable, all questions have been answered, Technician has explained any issues that have arose and needed to be addressed. Arrived when they said they would and did what he had to do to get the job done. This was the best Service company I've used or contacted in the years we've owned our spa. Do not go anywhere else you're wasting your time and money!

Mike's Factory Direct is the only place I would go. Not only are their delivery times and products top notch, there product knowledge is superior. My salesman Bill Girardi is fabulous. He does it right, plus works around the clock for his customers. It's very hard to find that these days in people. He cares!! Also Silvia who handles the appt schedule is really wonderful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a nominal trip fee depending on the distance of service call in addition to our labor rate that is pro-rated in 15 minute increments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a few questions first to help qualify the work order, then we send invoice for service call that can be paid on our online payment portal with credit card, apple pay or EFT check. Then work order is dispatched to technician w/our dedicated service vehicles in the field.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Established in 1999 we have over 20 years of industry experience including the servicing of over 1,000 hot tub customers in the field, ongoing industry education w/ webinars, manuals, and training videos. Hands on service tech training courses completed at our manufacturer's factory in addition to national & regional industry trade event & conferences.
