Our rental apartment was left in deplorable condition by the previous tenant. The space reeked of cigarettes, alcohol, and marijuana, with dirt caked on the floors. The bathrooms were utterly filthy, and the kitchen was in an equally appalling state.
The two cleaning professionals did an outstanding job transforming the apartment. The entire process was seamlessly coordinated, with excellent communication and prompt responses. Their work was truly impressive, leaving the apartment spotless and smelling fresh. We are thrilled with the results!

Communication was great throughout. We had to reschedule a few times due to complications on our end, and they were always incredibly understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated.
The cleaning itself was fantastic, and such a dramatic improvement.
Our dog, Olive, also loved them, following them around the whole time. I’m pretty sure they’re all good friends now.
We’re excited to work with Pristine and Serene again and can’t recommend them highly enough.
