I loved that we dealt with one person who was fantastic. He explained everything that the company will do and since we were seniors we even got a discount on the labor. The actual workers were very professional, clean and did the job in two and a half days. I also would add responsiveness and punctuality since the company answered my request in the same day and the workers worked from 8 in the morning to dark. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and offer senior and veteran discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like for our General Contractor to come out to the customer's home and see the project first hand. He will discuss the scope of work, materials, and labor with the customer and provide a free estimate usually within 24 hours of that meeting depending on the size of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our General Contractor has over 30 years experience, we have both our home improvement contractor license and new home construction license and are fully insured.
