- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always available for a phone consultation to discuss your unique situation and we can come up with a custom solution that works for all. My coaching fees are based on the particular needs of the client. Sessions are typically weekly and last 45 minutes although double sessions and intensives (6 hours or Full Weekends) are available and sometimes a great way to jumpstart a coaching relationship as it allows you to get a lot done over a few days. All fees are non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is non-judgemental and completely confidential. I work at the pace of the client, although, I tend to move more quickly than the average coach. Compassion and awareness is at the core of my practice as well as a holistic and integrative approach to healing. Generally, we start with a free consultation so I can learn more about the client and their goals or situation. Then, we come up with a plan to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with Alan Cohen personally in his Holistic Coaching program, in which I was certified. I have also trained with Eric Maisel in Creativity Coaching. Recently, I have trained under Russ Harris in his Acceptance Commitment Training program. I highly recommend this modality and use the techniques from ACT in my coaching work. My extensive experience in the entertainment industry contributes to the creativity and efficiency of each coaching session. I run workshops for people looking to be more creative, are writers, or who want to open up to more creative flow. The workshops are also beneficial for entrepreneurs that are looking to stay on top of their game, stay loose and put out their best work. I am also available for creative brainstorms and problem solving for individuals and corporations. I am a lifelong student, who has been studying and training in many areas of self help and self improvement for the past 20 years. I teach free meditation classes in my hometown and have recently extended my services to included guided meditation for my coaching clients. I have participated in educational workshops and programs with: -Julia Cameron -Carolyn Myss -Alan Cohen -Wayne Dyer -Louise Hay -Cheryl Richardson -Rachel Pollack -Mary Greer ...and many more... I have worked with many celebrities and personalities in the film and television business and that experience lends itself to working with other who have worked in extremely professional, creative and high pressure environments.
