- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free roof inspection to assess your home and determine whether a repair or full replacement is the right solution. You’ll receive a clear, detailed estimate with straightforward recommendations. If insurance is involved, we help guide you through the process. Once approved, we schedule your project, complete the work using premium materials, and finish with a thorough cleanup and final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards.

Our team is professionally trained in modern roofing systems and best installation practices. JLeo Roofing is a Certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and GAF Certified Contractor, allowing us to install complete manufacturer-backed roofing systems and offer enhanced warranty coverage. We stay up to date with Connecticut building codes, manufacturer specifications, and ongoing industry training to ensure every project, whether a repair or full replacement, is completed to the highest standard.
