- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One flat rate — $495/year — covers everything: your domain, hosting, SSL, and two content updates a year included. No design fees, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices when you want business information updated. If $495 upfront doesn't fit your cash flow, I also offer a lower monthly option. You'll always see the full site before you pay anything — the preview is free and there's no obligation to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by building a real preview of your site first, using your actual business name, services, and details — not a generic template. You look it over, tell me what to tweak (usually takes about 15 minutes from your phone), and once you approve it, the site goes live on your own domain in about 5 days. From there it's just handled — hosting, SSL, and uptime are on me, and you get two update requests a year built in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is 15 years in online advertising and media buying — building and optimizing the pages and campaigns that turn visitors into calls. That's the lens I build websites through: not just "does it look nice," but does it actually get someone to pick up the phone. I pair that with AI-assisted building, reviewed and polished by hand before anything goes live.
