FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most retainers are needed up front but I can work with people on a payment plan under specific circumstances. Ask for details. As a military veteran, I am happy to extend a reduced rate discount to my brothers and sisters in arms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial phone consult to discuss the details of each client's case. If the client is comfortable moving forward, they are sent a fee agreement via email that can be signed electronically, a client intake form and a funds request. Clients may upload funds to our trust account or pay an invoice directly online. Once that has been done, I go to work for the client to take care of his/her needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I double majored in law school in criminal law and civil litigation and interned at the State's Attorney's Office and the Office of the Attorney General. I have extensive trial skills experience as a graduate of Trojan Horse and also interned at the Trial Lawyers College. I'm in court almost daily and have a lot of experience in my advertised practice areas.
