Introduction: S.U.P.A. Hardcore Fitness LLC specialize is one-on-one results oriented personal training, meal planning for success, and small group classes such as bootcamp, yoga, cardio kickboxing, and core and cardio. We have had a diverse client base including males and females from the ages of 12-85 years old targeting weight loss, athletic performance, muscle development, pre/post-partum clients; including training for injury rehabilitation and reduction of health disease. Our emphasis is placed on proper training programs along with nutritional planning.
