Introduction: Showing your home to sell is different than decorating. What buyers are looking for is not always pretty. Your ability to attract more buyers to your home and sell your home faster at a higher price can be greatly improved with home staging.
My role is to advise and coach you through the process. This involves: an in-home visit, written instructions and (if necessary) research solutions and options. The goal is to choose solutions that are the most cost-effective.
My background is residential real estate. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly and have heard what buyers love, hate and really hate.

Christina is unreal at keeping you posted on what's going on when she's working with you. We were very please on everything that she did for us getting renters in our condo that PAID on time and the quality of renter. We went with her twice so far and everything was perfect.
