- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most recently I have immersed myself in understanding more about food allergies and specialized diets. I am well versed in spa cuisine, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, fine dining and well as casual comfort foods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a line cook and chef in fine dining restaurants in Austin, TX, New Orleans, LA and Santa Fe, NM. I owned 2 popular restaurants in Santa Fe, where clients began asking me for individualized services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For clients I provide any meal requested, made to order and meals that can be heated and enjoyed when my presence is not required. I have assisted in party planning and catering of events, managing additional staff from start to finish.
