I hired SmartSeal Waterproofing and Construction after dealing with a leaky basement for almost 3 years. Several other contractors had taken a look and either quoted me astronomical prices or temporary solutions. after speaking to my neighbor, she recommended SmartSeal, and I'm glad I took her advice. From the first call they were professional and responsive. They were extremely thorough in their assessment, taking time to explain exactly what caused my water issues and what the long term fix would be. The work was clearly top notch and they kept me informed every step of the way. Its now been 8 months since the work was completed and through multiple heavy storms, my basement has stayed completely dry. If your looking for a waterproofing company that are honest, skilled and stand behind their work give Smartseal a call, you wont be disappointed.

I have dealt with water intrusion for years and tried several contractors before I found SmartSeal waterproofing and construction and the difference between them and the previous contractors was night and day. They actually took the time to diagnose where the water was coming from and laid out a comprehensive plan to solve the problem instead of a temporary fix. They were a professional crew, fairly priced and most importantly, it actually works. My home has been completely dry since. They are in my opinion the best waterproofing company in the area, don't waste your money on anyone else.

We start by discussing what the customer needs. We then schedule a time to provide the customer with an on-site inspection and quotation. Once we provide our initial inspection, we provide a solution to rectify the problem and explain the project meticulously. Once the customer decides to go ahead with the project, we discuss potential start dates with the customer. We strive to accommodate our customers in every request.
