We utilize our extensive experience and knowledge of fine handmade and machine woven area rugs to perform the job correctly and thoroughly the first time. We use only 100% green products and a completely hand washing and hand repair service. We love working with all types of homeowners, business personnel, designers, and contractors to help maintain and bring out the best look in their fine area rugs & carpets. We especially love the look of amazement on the faces of the many clients after having seen the finished cleaning or repair job on their rugs.

Very responsive and helpful carpet store owner put me in touch with an installer who came promptly and did an excellent job. Will definitely visit Kaoud in Wilton next time I buy a rug or carpet.

I had a section of damaged carpet replaced with a piece from inside a walk in closet. The installer was very thorough and went above and beyond and was very friendly too.

I spent months and months searching for a rug that fit my style, quality standards, and budget. It wasnt easy! But when I walked into Kaoud Carpets & Rug, I found multiple options right away that fit exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part was choosing which one to take home! They offered great customer service, and I absolutely love my new rug! This will definitely be my first time next time Im in the market for a new rug.

From the very beginning, as soon as I walked in the door, my experience with Fred Kaoud and Kaoud Carpets & Rugs has been nothing but exceptional. I had to have a very fine rug that has been in my family for over 35 years cared for. Unfortunately, it had suffered significant damage from both water and moths. Thankfully only around the edges. At first, I wanted to just stop the bleeding, but what Fred and his very talented in house weaver suggested, although radical, brought my family heirloom back to its former glory. Pictures can not even come close to describing the end result. The outside border was removed, the edges rebound and fringe overcasted. The rug is now absolutely perfect with no compromises or imperfections. Although now a bit smaller in size, it is a remarkable piece that has been brought back to its former glory. I am absolutely confident that this rug will be passed down to the next generation, just like all fine hand woven rugs should be. Thank you, Fred and Kaoud Rugs.
