Scheduling & Confirmation: Once you reach out, our team gathers a few details about the issue and schedules an appointment that works with your schedule. You’ll receive confirmation and communication so you know exactly when to expect us. 2. On-Site Evaluation & Diagnostic: A licensed bluefrog technician will thoroughly assess the issue and explain what’s going on in clear, easy-to-understand terms. 3. Upfront Estimates: Before any work begins, we provide an estimate for the anticipated work to be performed, so you can review available options and make an informed decision. 4. Professional Repair or Installation: With your authorization, we complete the work efficiently using quality materials and best-practice plumbing standards. 5. Clean-Up & Follow-Up: We respect your home, clean our workspace, and make sure everything is functioning properly before we leave. Our team is always available afterward if questions come up.

All bluefrog Plumbing + Drain technicians are fully licensed plumbing professionals, having completed extensive classroom education, hands-on apprenticeship training, and state licensing requirements. In Connecticut, becoming a licensed plumber requires years of supervised field experience, technical training, and successful completion of state examinations, ensuring plumbers are qualified to safely diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and industry standards.
