- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and schedule a visit if needed. After assessing the project, we provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain your options. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and safely — keeping you informed every step of the way. We finish by testing everything, cleaning up, and making sure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured residential electricians with hands-on field training and ongoing education to stay current with the National Electrical Code and local regulations. Our experience includes panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, and full residential wiring projects. We continuously stay up to date with new technologies and safety standards to ensure every installation is done safely and correctly.
