About

People hire me and my team because we’re easy to work with, know what we’re doing, and charge rates that make sense. Getting help with your property shouldn’t feel like hiring someone you’ll have to babysit. Dirty windows? Packed gutters? An apartment that needs a fresh start? We handle window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, cleanouts, painting, and office cleaning. We show up, get to work, and keep you in the loop. Tell me what needs doing. I’ll give you a clear price, a practical plan, and one less thing to deal with.

Honestly the best service I've ever had from a handyman/contractor. Jon did a number of projects to renovate the apartment in my two-family home. He fixed cracks and re-plastered the ceilings in two rooms, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedroom, removed/skim-coated over terrible, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, repaired a broken window and probably some other tasks I'm forgetting. A few things ended up being more complicated than they originally appeared, but he came back and kept working on them until everything was set. He was also very pleasant to work with--he provided options at several price points and did the work at the prices he quoted me. I would hire him again in a heart beat and suggest you do too.

My inability to contact the company I have used in the past several years prompted me to reach out. This was the first response I received. Jonathan was very accommodating; we set up an appointment and I was completely satisfied with the work. In addition, the price was very reasonable.
