- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to schedule a roof inspection, we thoroughly inspect the roof, attic and all interior damage so we can provide all details to the homeowner. We then sit down with the homeowner and go over all details of the inspection and provide options to resolve the issue. It’s very important to us to explain all details of the roof replacement to ensure there will be no extra costs or changes once we expose the roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is GAF certified and we can provide the System plus warranty backed by GAF, so not only are you warranties by us but you are also warrantied by the biggest shingle provider in the country that’s been around for more than 100 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out with a small roofing company and evolved into the company we are today.
