Yes I wish to say I tried many apps I had just about given up until I was contacted by LAE properties and I wish to say he came and restore my faith in working with contractors in Connecticut the professionalismThe humor it was just a fun experience just watching them work and do so much and so fast it made my day during these trying times although I was picky at times me and my wife he still does smiled and I said sure no problem I’ll take care of it and I must say not once did he get say oh that’s going to be extra oh well I can’t do that oh that wasn’t part of the deal he stuck to his part of the deal and he added some part of the deal that I couldn’t believe that he added on his own His suggestions were superb when it came to rebuilding my Deck he didn’t cut corners he took his time when he was not sure something he asked my advice and I will say this much I’ve never met a much more professional contractor since I’ve lived in Connecticut I would recommend his company to anyone because he does a follow up just to make sure his customers are happy that is something you really see doing these trying times thank you so much to the team they put their heart and soul into my house

He did a wonderful job fixing my carport and building a deck. I will be calling him again for future work. He didn’t over charge and worked from early morning til before dark almost none stop and was very polite and went above and beyond by bringing back materials my husband ordered wrong. Thanks so much for everything

I contacted Eduardo to replace wooden front stairs. In my experience, he is a true professional that you can count on. He was very responsive from the very first time I was in touch with him.
His quote for the work was reasonable. He came to do the work exactly when he said he would. Am pleased with the quality. My daughter-in-law and I both already requested estimates on other work we need done. These old Hartford WestEnd gorgeous houses always need something done. Eduardo is a keeper!

We are very pleased with the outcome of our accent wall! He was very professional and friendly. He even met us at our local Home Depot to help us pick out the supplies and transported them to our house in his truck. We will definetly be hiring him again for a few more small home improvement jobs we need done
