Short version: Axis Earthworks LLC did not show up to plow my driveway despite 3 confirmation texts, that they were coming, during this awful storm that we were just hit with from 1/25/26 - 1/26/26 ("Fern"). Never received even a courtesy text if they could not make it the first night, and would come the next morning, nothing. As a landlord, this is infuriating.
Long version: Axis Earthworks LLC can improve their business by improving their communication skills. There was miscommunication from the start. They have their "list" of people, and it was my understanding that being put on the list meant they would automatically come out to plow for 6 inches or more. The first time they came out, I had already shoveled because I only had maybe 2-3 inches. I get a text from them, with what I felt like included a bit of tude, to "let them know ahead of time if I clean the snow myself so that they do not go out there for no reason," which I can surely empathize with. From then on, I sent texts every time I had my snow removal taken care of, WELL in advance, and never received confirmation of receipt of my texts.
Fast forward, a storm was on the way (12/27/25) so I texted and confirmed that I needed their services. They showed up super late, but hey I'm glad they showed up! That is the only time that they actually worked with me.
I was hesitant with this latest storm (Fern) given the short history I have with them, but I did my due diligence and checked in, confirmed, thought we were good to go WELL IN ADVANCE, and they never showed up. Never texted. Nothing. So I will not work with them again, and would not recommend.
Awful communication. Awful customer service. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
