Seth and Danny built an incredible treehouse for our daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, thoughtful and dedicated to doing quality work. They made sure every element was sturdy and safe, while still being fun and magical for our daughter. They have A+ carpentry skills, and their positive attitudes made the entire process enjoyable. We highly recommend Seth and Danny for any project you’re considering and plan to work with them again in the future.

My wife and I were really impressed with DCT Creation and Property. The contractor, Danny, was professional, knowledgeable, and available. He was quick to respond to any of my questions. He drew from his expertise and wealth of experience to help my wife and I find the best way to use the space in my basement to create an in-law suite. Danny travelled all the way across Connecticut not just once, but twice, to provide alternate plans for the basement with thorough estimates. His price was very fair, also. In the end, we decided not to move forward with the project due to unforeseen circumstances, but we truly appreciated his effort and professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

Danny and Seth are almost done finishing our basement. They’ve been incredible! Poilte, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and they do great work. And they are also reasonably priced and they get the job done quickly. I’ll update with photos once the job is complete.
