Seth and Danny were amazing from the get go. We had requested to remove a weight barring wall. We looked around and got quotes, where most would spend 5 minutes looking over things then send the quote, Seth and Danny were at my house for roughly 30 minutes planning out everything they would be doing and also took the time to explain everything to me. Every step of the way my wife and I knew what to expect, it was a very stressless process. The work they did was also wonderful. I would recommend DCT Creation & Property LLC to anyone looking for some remodeling.

I highly recommend DCT Creation & Property LLC for their exceptional work and professionalism. They did an excellent job repairing and replacing poorly done tile work, and most importantly, they successfully identified and resolved a leak issue that others couldn’t figure out. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and clear communication throughout the process really stood out. The finished tile work looks fantastic, and it’s a relief knowing the leak was properly fixed, not just patched over. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and took pride in doing the job the right way. Seth and Danny built an incredible treehouse for our daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, thoughtful and dedicated to doing quality work. They made sure every element was sturdy and safe, while still being fun and magical for our daughter. They have A+ carpentry skills, and their positive attitudes made the entire process enjoyable.
