Zach showed up promptly, walked through our list of over a dozen small repairs, and develped a plan for working from front to back, with a break for a shopping trip for parts and a shorter afternoon session installing his purchases. He will be back for installing one item which needs to be ordered. He has made two people who are too old to get up on ladders or lift heavy things VERY happy. He is definitely our go-to guy from now on.

Excellent communication. Showed up on time and prepared with the tools and parts (had multiple sizes to be sure he could finish the work quickly). The work was excellent. The door works and feels better than after the original installation of the cabinet. Definitely ecommend.

I put a hole in our screen moving furniture and Yantic Remodeling was able to schedule a visit to two days later. He was also able to fix a second screen for the same reasonable price. Communication was awesome and the work was fast and well done. I’d definitely use them again!

Zach replied very promptly and clearly explained to me what he needed to so to complete the required work. He sealed and stained my deck, sprayed weed killer on my driveway and power washed my outdoor furniture! I am very happy with everything! Zach will be our new handyman!
