I've lived in a condo managed by Eva Realty property for the last 2.5 years. Edouard Alcarria is the Realtor/Property manager & is professional, prompt, & friendly. The app used by Eva makes it easy to pay the rent & upload maintenance requests. Maintenance requests were responded to & fixed quickly.
