FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $70. Believe me, I work fast. I'm a full time mom and have my own life to keep organized, so I want to help you find organized bliss and be on my merry way. For larger scale, involved projects, I'm happy to work out a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's check out your space. What bothers you the most? Are you using your vertical space and storage solutions efficiently? Are you simply hanging on to too much? And are you WILLING to part with some stuff? We'll set some goals and then I'll get to work. You can be as involved as you want - going through every scrap or giving me a little freedom to make some good choices for you. Once we're done figuring out what you want to keep/donate/toss/sell, I'll handle the donate/toss/sell part and get you tax receipts and consignment fees. Then we'll figure out a good system for what you're keeping. Trust me - it'll be fun. And I won't judge your 80s t-shirt collection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with a mom who saved EVERYTHING and was NOT organized. This was the best education in what NOT to do! Also have a degree in journalism which has taught me the power of editing (words AND things!) and an MBA. I've helped dozens of families reclaim their spaces - and get top dollar when they're looking to sell.
