- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is upfront. No work is performed until client authorizes final service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty simple. 1. When our technician arrives at your location they will conduct a quote review and carpet/upholstery inspection. If any additional services/areas are recommended additional pricing/services will be discussed at that time. 2. After inspection and recommendations, if any, you will then authorize our technicians to complete the cleaning . 3. Technician will walk you through after cleaning has been completed pointing out any areas that did not respond to the cleaning as well as any other final results. 4. Make payment via credit/debit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified through Oxi Fresh University and obtaining the IICRC - CCT Certification with many also obtaining Certifications in specialty Upholstery and Odor elimination.
