I recently had HVAC service completed, and my technician, James, delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very first phone call, he listened carefully as I explained the issues with my furnace and immediately reassured me by saying he was on his way. True to his word, he arrived within 20 minutes. Once he assessed the furnace, he quickly identified what appeared to be the main issue and went to get the necessary part. What impressed me even more was that during the repair, he discovered two additional problems and handled them without hesitation — even though it required two more trips to the HVAC store. Each time, he remained patient, professional, and focused on getting everything working properly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from start to finish. My HVAC system was blowing cold air when set to heat, and the technician was excellent throughout the entire process. He communicated his time of arrival clearly and showed up exactly when promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty flame sensor, then took the extra time to double-check the entire system to ensure nothing else was causing the problem. He explained the plan of action clearly, including how the part would be obtained and installed properly. After completing the repair, he thoroughly tested his work and answered all of my questions before leaving. Very professional, respectful, and punctual. I will absolutely be using this company for seasonal inspections going forward and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair—especially during the winter season.
