They responded to my text immediately and confirmed a time. The technician arrived early, explained what the issues were and repaired my unit all within a 7 hour window. I had been waiting on Choice Home Warranty to assign a technician for nearly 3 days. I will be using MRM for all of my maintenance and repair services.

These guys did an awesome job replacing our furnace and stayed after to troubleshoot a separate issue. It took a while but they weren’t leaving til the job was done perfectly, which is awesome. Good folks. Would hire them again in a second.

I really appreciate Mike for coming out and looking at my air handler. Though the issue couldn’t be resolved by him, he still took his time inspecting the issue. He shared a lot of knowledge with me and answered all my questions.
