MRM went above and beyond my expectations. They came out the same day to assess my AC unit and worked with me to repair it before leaving town. I was devastating when I found out my AC was broken a night before the hottest day. I contacted MRM in the morning. Luckily, the technician came on the same day only a few hours later. Mike, the technician, did through examination to see what the problem was. It was the capacitor. He was able to repair on-site and checked everything else was running fine before he headed out. I truly appreciate their service and punctuality.

MRM Services is an excellent business. We had a technician come out the same day we requested service. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and fixed our air conditioner. We plan on having them come out on a regular basis now to clean and maintain our air conditioner.
