Michael was the technician who came to address the problem with my AC unit. He was extremely pleasant, even though it was raining and humid, the mosquitoes were out in full force, and my unit is outside! He spelled out the problem without being condescending, gave me my options and explained the costs throughly. He had the parts and supplies needed to make my repairs and did so on the spot and gave suggestions to avoid future problems- even giving me three ballpark prices for replacement of my unit in the future. I will certainly be calling MRM for any future needs - very pleased!
