SERIOUS WARNING to Future Customers!!! I hired this company for a walkway project. After receiving an initial quote from Jerry, Patrick convinced me to include steps for an additional price. I paid upfront -- a decision I now regret. They also requested that I write two separate checks, which they cashed at different Truist Banks -- definitely raised concerns for me. As soon as they started, Jerry starts asking for even more money, citing an "issue" with a small part of the walkway. I told him to just skip that part, but told me he couldn't. I realized he wouldn't stop pressuring me so I caved just to avoid an altercation. I asked him if the contract needed to be updated with the new price I just paid him for and he said he'll take care of all that later. He never did. The work was slow and delayed for weeks. When they finally returned, their team claimed they were only contracted to do the walkway -- completely ignoring the steps I had already paid for. The person I made the checks out to was on my property at the time and assured me it would be handled. That never happened. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails to my main contact, Liam, and others at the company, I received no response. In May, I called from a different number, and they picked up immediately. I was told to send an email, after which someone provided a bogus completion date of June 28th -- nearly two months away. I followed up by email twice in advance to confirm, left messages, and, unsurprisingly, they never showed. The project remains incomplete, and I'm out the prepaid funds. I am now pursuing legal action and reporting this business to all appropriate authorities. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others from working with this company. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
