- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 20 years of corporate and social event planning through my legal career. I have handled some of the most prestigious events in Atlanta, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington, DC. This is what led me to opening my own event management company. I enjoy doing what I love!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most commons jobs I provide for my clients are weddings, social and corporate event planning. I handle vendor management, venue scouting, on-site management, fee negotiating with vendors, decor, point of contact between guests and outside vendors, etc...
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are looking to hire a professional event planner, look for someone who value's your opinion, listens to your desires and needs and someone who looks out for your budget as if it were their own!
