- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
20% Discount for referring customers. All prices are final and deposits must be made because I don’t want to schedule someone , then they randomly cancel taking away from my other customers as-well as my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers ...I typically ask questions about the makeup look they are choosing... or decided my self based on the customer I make all my customers feel comfortable. Deciding the skin type and matching the skin tone to the appropriate foundation or based on their preference
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified lash technician with Lash By Bella, LLC and make up artist with Glam Lab; Esthetician Certification with Aveda Institute.
