Not only is Katie a knowledgeable nutritionist, she is professional and personable. If you want to make permanent lifestyle changes and form healthy habits- she’s your gal! Having tried high protein, low carb, and even ketogenic diets before— this has been my favorite nutrition regimen yet. Yes, you will be having some salads, but she gives great tips on how to change it up. I still have some pasta, bread, oatmeal, fruit, and more while still losing weight. I’ve lost 7 pounds so far and am feeling more energized and happy. She has great meal suggestions/recipes and helps keep you on track of your goals. Katie uses a convenient mobile app where you can post pictures of your meals, log your weight, and log your exercise. The app is easy to use and helps keep me motivated throughout the week. I wanted to better educated myself about nutrition because my cholesterol and A1C levels are high. Katie is fantastic. She is super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and encouraging. She has helped me learn about what foods are healthy and she puts together really yummy and nutritious meal plans with variety. Katie goes the extra mile to respond to any of my questions and comments on my food journal. She understands that life happens, we shouldn’t beat ourselves up too much when we don’t eat perfectly but learn from it and move on.
