We had such a fabulous experience with Kimberly and her staff! Coming from an event-planning background myself, I was more of a type-A bride than I would like to admit. Two weeks before the wedding, I handed Kimberly a 40-pg field manual (unsolicited) with detailed instructions on how to set up the venue and a timeline detailing the day's events down to the minute. I'll be the first person to admit that it was not an easy road map to follow, and Kimberly and her staff executed it perfectly. The decorations looked better than I had ever imagined and the whole event ran incredibly smoothly, despite my husband and I making several changes to the plan on the day of the wedding. She and her staff were in excellent communication with our DJ, MC, and live musician, and virtually unseen by the rest of the guests. Moreover, she maintained an incredible attitude throughout and was a joy to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and I know our guests would agree!

Kimberly was absolutely amazing! I didn’t worry about a thing on the day of my wedding. She followed what I wanted to a T and offered great recommendations also. The night before l, at the rehearsal, when I met her, I felt at ease when she took charge of everyone and everything. I would highly recommend Kimberly to any bride or event host!

Kimberly was selected for our Day of Coordinator and she executed my plans as if they were her own. She stepped right in and took the helm and all went without a hitch. If in limbo I recommend booking her fast to coordinate your wedding.

I don't know where to start. I hired Mrs . Jackson for a wedding this past week. What she did was nothing short of a miracle. During the the months that I have been working with her, she became my friend, my mentor and I can even say a sister. Kimberly was my shoulder to lean on when I needed her the most. She was there when I felt like nobody else wasn't. It didn't matter that it wasn't in her job description she never let me down, and I will be forever grateful for her. The work she did for my wedding was beautiful, it was more like a fairy tale, I don't know how she came up with the ideas, but I'm glad she did. She also created a memorial table for my family who wasn't able to be there in person. To me, it was like they were there with me every step of the way. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have over 20 years of corporate and social event planning through my legal career. I have handled some of the most prestigious events in Atlanta, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington, DC. This is what led me to opening my own event management company. I enjoy doing what I love!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most commons jobs I provide for my clients are weddings, social and corporate event planning. I handle vendor management, venue scouting, on-site management, fee negotiating with vendors, decor, point of contact between guests and outside vendors, etc...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are looking to hire a professional event planner, look for someone who value's your opinion, listens to your desires and needs and someone who looks out for your budget as if it were their own!
