October 28, 2015 On June 7, 2013, I slipped and fell at a bank in the Washington, DC area. I had severely injured my back and this had caused me many problems with my job as a pipe layer. I had contacted Attorney Bond seeking his representation as I felt that he would be a tireless advocate for my case. My case was originally denied by the claims adjuster, however, Attorney Bond would not accept this outcome and initiated a lawsuit. Attorney Bond settled my case and I am very happy with the outcome. The team at Bond Law was even able to significantly reduce, by several thousand dollars, the lien that was asserted on the settlement. This meant that I was able to increase the amount, by several thousand dollars, that I would be able to take home. I am pleased with the result and I will definitely come back to Bond Law for any future legal needs as well as refer my friends and family. At Bond Law, it seemed as though I wasnt just a client, but a member of the Bond Law family. Unfortunately, during the course of this lawsuit, my fiancée had passed away. Attorney Bond and his team were at the funeral and this meant the world to me. It showed he cared and had compassion and empathy. My experience with Johnnie Bond's firm went above and beyond my expectations. Well into the statute of limitation time period for my car accident case; I was forced to seek new legal representation. I was referred to Johnnie Bond's firm by a friend. The firm took over my car accident case in September 2014 and settled it in April 2015; everything was done via telephone and e-mail. It was not until my case had actually been settled, and I was contacted to pick up my check that I met, Jarrod Pollard, Bond's Senior Legal Assistant. I met Attorney Bond, a little thereafter. Mr. Pollard was consistent in keeping me abreast of everything relating to my case. I knew that my case would not amount to too much, but Johnnie's firm handled the case as if it were a large settlement case. They cut no corners and even went as far as working with individuals and the health care facilities to remove and decrease any liens against my settlement and were successful in doing so. Johnnie Bond's firm has my unmitigated respect. Anyone who is looking for a firm that has their complete interest at hand, need to look no further. I do not have a complicated pricing system. My prices are consistent with the level of work needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete at least 15 hours of Continuing Legal Education credits each year. In addition to that I research best practices in the law in order to stay on the cutting edge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a lawyer because I am my best when I am fighting for others. I love it when I help my clients get the money, the justice and the results they deserve.
