FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing because every mission, team, and budget is different. We start with a conversation to understand your goals and resources, then propose a scope that fits—so you’re paying for what you actually need, not a generic package. If you have a mission worth sharing, we want to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a conversation to understand your goals and determine whether we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll develop a strategy to move your organization forward, whether that means building a new website, refining your positioning and messaging, or partnering over time to bring your story to life through email, social media, or your blog. Some clients need just one piece; others choose ongoing support to integrate it all. The choice is yours. Throughout the process, we check in regularly so you’re confident in the direction before we take the next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cause and Clarity was created by someone who worked more than 20 years across the halls of Congress, national advocacy organizations, and the nation's largest nonprofits. Throughout this time, we've landed stories in outlets from the New York Times to CNN, building websites and digital tools to engage audiences and get them to take action.
