Gorilla Property Services recently power-washed my brick patio and walls. The "after" is amazing. You sometimes get used to what you're looking at -- but then you see the results! I couldn't be more pleased, and wish I hadn't waited so long! The team was on-time, very pleasant, and the price was very reasonable. Aside from enjoying the results, I also know it has contributed to my property value.I'll definitely be using Gorilla PS again!
Gorilla Property Services Capital Corridor's reply
Thank you so much for this review! You're right that it's easy to get used to how things look until you see the "after." We're so glad the pressure washing brought your brick patio and walls back to life, and that the crew was on time and pleasant to work with.
Clean brick really does help curb appeal and property value. We look forward to helping again whenever you need pressure washing or exterior cleaning in Washington, DC.

Excellent experience today with Gorilla Property Services getting my large 2nd floor condo windows completely cleaned of grime and bus fume residue - after five years of living with all that junk on my windows! I can see clearly now! The booking process, requesting a quote online, was effortless and rapid and the pricing reasonable. Lots of good communication via text between the tech team and myself on the day of the job so that I knew exactly when they would arrive. Given the nature of the job (exterior window washing) I, of course, didn't even need to be there but I wanted to be present. I observed a very well fitted-out orange truck loaded with washing equipment, an organized 2-person team who got to work right away & knew exactly what they were doing. I'm very satisfied with their work/outcome and happy to recommend Gorilla very highly to my DC neighbors. You'll be glad you finally got those windows cleaned and those gutters cleared.
Gorilla Property Services Capital Corridor's reply
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! Five years of DC bus fumes and city grime can definitely take a toll on glass, so we are thrilled to hear you can finally see clearly now. We pride ourselves on making the quote and communication process seamless from start to finish, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to our crew. Thank you for trusting us with your home and for recommending Gorilla to your neighbors!

Cant praise Daniel and the team enough. Responded on the weekend, detailed quote, good price and great comms. Kind enough to do some extras for free because they could. Will use again.

Thank you, Paul. We know timing matters when you're getting a property ready, so we were glad to jump in quickly and help keep things moving.
The extras were an easy call since we were already there. I appreciate you trusting us with the job, and I look forward to working with you again!

The front of my house was covered in dirt and dust from construction across the street, and the white paint was looking pretty dull. Gorilla Property Services came out and did an amazing job power washing it. What a difference! My house looks so much cleaner, and you can actually see the bright white paint again. Im really happy with how it turned out. If youre looking for a company that does quality work and delivers great results, I highly recommend Gorilla Property Services. They did an outstanding job, and I would definitely use them again!
