- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At IMT GROUP LLC, we begin by listening carefully to our customers and understanding their needs, goals, and budget. We then evaluate the project, discuss available options, and provide a detailed estimate with a clear scope of work. Once the project is approved, we establish a schedule, organize the necessary materials and workforce, and begin construction. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication, provide progress updates, and pay close attention to quality and details. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free while delivering results that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and renovation. My practical experience includes framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile installation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and interior and exterior improvements. I have also gained extensive experience in project management, coordinating construction teams, planning projects, and maintaining quality standards. My knowledge comes from years of working directly in the construction industry and continuously improving my skills through real-world experience.
