About
Ive been in business over 10 years for a reason. Helping people is my passion, it brings me so much joy. I'm trustworthy, I know being vulnerable with a stranger can be scary.
I help everyone from beginners to competitive athletes build muscle, lose body fat, and feel their best.
As a multi-title-winning competitive bodybuilder in the Wellness Division, I specialize in strong, sculpted legs and glutes, backed by additional training in functional health and nutrition.

Amanda has been the best trainer I’ve worked with. I’ve had a few different coaches over the years, but she stands out because she actually pays attention to the little things, especially in our virtual sessions. She cares about my form and makes sure I’m doing things right instead of just rushing through. She has been better than my in-person trainers!
She’s great at communicating, and she’s the first coach who’s really helped me get where I wanted to be. I have a crazy schedule and she made it work without making me feel bad about it. I also love the accountability she gives. She’s sweet, but she also knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!!!
