- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with understanding your goals, lifestyle, and how you use your space. Before scheduling, photos and a brief conversation help establish priorities and determine the appropriate starting package. During the on-site session, we take a closer look at the space, identify opportunities, and confirm the organizing approach. Sometimes creating a functional system involves addressing connected spaces rather than focusing on just one room. If the project requires a larger package, options are discussed and approved before proceeding. You'll work directly with the business owner throughout the project, from planning through implementation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My approach is grounded in hands-on experience, thoughtful problem-solving, and a strong understanding of how people interact with their living spaces. I focus on practical space planning, storage optimization, and creating organizational systems that account for individual routines, preferences, and household needs. The goal is to develop solutions that are functional and sustainable, not simply visually appealing.
