For nearly two decades, Peter D. Antonoplos has represented clients in complex litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Antonoplos’ practice covers a wide range of topics from real estate, estate planning and probate, to commercial litigation, asset protection and preservation and business law issues. A classic generalist, Mr. Antonoplos counsels clients on business transactions and routinely litigates real estate; construction and probate matter is the Courts of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland on behalf of individual and corporate clients. Educated as a transactional lawyer, and trained as a take no prisoners litigator at one of Washington, D.C. top litigation firms, Mr. Antonoplos brings a wide range of legal experience to bear for his clients. Routinely, Mr. Antonoplos’ clients look to him to apply his breadth of experience and legal experience to arrive at creative solutions to a wide range of business issues. In addition, Mr. Antonoplos’ clients often seek that same creativity in connection with their personal legal matters. Mr. Antonoplos, a native of Washington, D.C., received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University where he was an English and History double Major. Mr. Antonoplos received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, where he was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. Mr. Antonoplos received his Masters in Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on business planning and partnership tax matters. Mr. Antonoplos also holds an Masters of Business Administration from Yale University, School of Management where he was involved with the Yale Center for Innovation and Design. Mr. Antonoplos is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, State of Maryland and New York State. He lives in N.W. Washington, D.C. with his wife and two children. He is a chess and classic car enthusiast. Mr. Antonoplos serves on a number of boards of charitable organizations in the Washington, D.C. area and is active in the local tech community.
