I noticed a leak in the roof when snow melted. Sebastian of Bello Improvement visited as soon as it was safe to inspect the roof. He quickly found a worn-away rubber around a hatch flashing as cause of the leak. He and his colleague fitted new rubber all around the roof securing chimney stacks and parapet flashings and then applied a new fibre aluminium coat in one day. Sebastian, who was recommended to me by a neighbour, responded quickly and explained options well. He has great confidence in his work due to his extensive experience with similar houses and his attention to detail. He offered a three year guarantee on all works. With Sebastian you get the benefit of a small business where the owner takes pride in his work and feels truly responsible. I recommend Sebastian unreservedly.

When you find a great contractor, you stick with them. Sabastian is that contractor for me. I’ve had 3 separate roofing projects over past 15 years. Just to be safe I get 3 quotes, and each time Bello was either the lowest or close to the lowest quote. Knowing that I will be informed (he communicates timely for decision-making) and happy with the finished work; I will continue to sing praises for the small business owner who consistently delivers great value at a great price.

I have hired Bello Home Improvement (Sebastian) three times to do roof repair and carpentry. He is better value than most contractors in the DC area and more trustworthy.
