I noticed a leak in the roof when snow melted. Sebastian of Bello Improvement visited as soon as it was safe to inspect the roof. He quickly found a worn-away rubber around a hatch flashing as cause of the leak. He and his colleague fitted new rubber all around the roof securing chimney stacks and parapet flashings and then applied a new fibre aluminium coat in one day.
Sebastian, who was recommended to me by a neighbour, responded quickly and explained options well. He has great confidence in his work due to his extensive experience with similar houses and his attention to detail. He offered a three year guarantee on all works. With Sebastian you get the benefit of a small business where the owner takes pride in his work and feels truly responsible. I recommend Sebastian unreservedly.

Sebastian and his crew were very professional, hardworking and did an excellent job on my slate roof. They were punctual and job was completed in the time period agreed. Excellent work for a reasonable price. I will always call them for roofing work.

In 10 days, Bello transformed my house! They extended my roof over the patio, creating a dry outdoor space just in time for winter. At the same time, they replaced the very old roof. It is pouring rain today and I have no worries!!
Communication is excellent. Not just prompt and clear, but when they say they'll do something, you don't have to think about it again. The words match the deeds.
The workmanship is thorough, no shortcuts. They are kind and thoughtful. I had an established grape vine that I was worried about and they figured out a way to work around it and protect it. They are also nice to have around, if you don't mind a little extra laughter. They clearly enjoy their work and each other.
