There are a number of good things I could say about Sebastian and his crew at Bello Home Improvement but the quality of their work stands out the most. My cape cod single family home needed new gutters and downspouts, new pvc boards to replace rotting wood A-frame on both sides of the roof, including a fascia board that had Pepco's power lines attached to the board. This was a daunting task made more challenging by having to coordinate with Pepco to kill the power before work could be done. My understanding from talking with Pepco reps was that Pepco would coordinate with Bello on a day to disconnect the power and their lines from my house. A vital lesson learned: Pepco charges homeowners a hefty fee to "disconnect and reconnect" the power to your home but they do not disconnect their power lines from your house. In this instance, Pepco's
subcontractor disconnected their lines from the utility pole. If Bello had not taken the initiative to disconnect the rusted hardware that fastened the lines to my fascia board, AND purchase and replace the old hardware with new bolts and metal fasteners, I would have had to cancel the work and find a contractor to do that. I found out Bello did all this after the power was restored. That's the dedication and pride of work Bello demonstrated on this small job. The work was completed in 2 days with all work related debrie, wood and nails removed. Admittedly, Bello doesn't look like a roofing company, but looks can be deceiving. Sebastian and his team get the job done and they do it well.

Sebastian and his team were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out items that I was not aware of that need addressing. I will use him again for regular gutter cleaning and to resolve additional roofing issues.

I noticed a leak in the roof when snow melted. Sebastian of Bello Improvement visited as soon as it was safe to inspect the roof. He quickly found a worn-away rubber around a hatch flashing as cause of the leak. He and his colleague fitted new rubber all around the roof securing chimney stacks and parapet flashings and then applied a new fibre aluminium coat in one day.
Sebastian, who was recommended to me by a neighbour, responded quickly and explained options well. He has great confidence in his work due to his extensive experience with similar houses and his attention to detail. He offered a three year guarantee on all works. With Sebastian you get the benefit of a small business where the owner takes pride in his work and feels truly responsible. I recommend Sebastian unreservedly.
