- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Monthly subscription plans offer the best value with a set of requests per month at a fixed low cost. For customers who only need occasional support, we offer one-time Design Hours, which are priced higher but provide full flexibility. There are no hidden fees, onboarding costs, or surprise charges. You only pay for the plan or hours you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple: we onboard you, learn your brand, and begin completing tasks right away. You choose a monthly plan or Design Hours, submit your requests, and we handle them in order with fast, consistent turnaround.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training span design, UI/UX, and digital product development. I’ve worked for years in the design and technology space, developing branding systems, web interfaces, automations, and digital workflows for agencies, entrepreneurs, and enterprise-level clients. This combination of design expertise and technical knowledge is what powers TACKLEMYTASK and allows us to deliver high-quality, consistent, on-brand results for every customer.
