FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are offered on a flat-fee basis — no hourly surprises. I believe legal help should be clear, fair, and accessible, so I provide upfront quotes in writing before any work begins. 💰 Consultations: $200 in person and $150 virtual (credited toward your case if you move forward) 💳 Flexible Payment Plans: Most clients pay in affordable biweekly, weekly, or monthly installments. 🎁 Discounts: Reduced fees for couples, repeat clients, and bundled services. My goal is to make planning and protection practical and affordable so you can move forward with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation (in-person, virtual, or home visit) to understand your goals, timeline, and any immediate concerns. After our meeting, you’ll receive a flat-fee quote and a clear summary of next steps. Once retained, we move through a step-by-step process so you always know what’s coming next — from intake and document collection to signing and follow-up. Most estate plans are completed in 2–3 weeks, and probate, bankruptcy, or tax matters include regular updates so you’re never left wondering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an Estates and Tax Attorney licensed in Washington, DC, with experience helping families and businesses protect their assets, manage estates, and resolve tax issues. My background includes tax law, estate administration, bankruptcy, and elder law, giving me the insight to handle complex cases that overlap multiple areas.
