My experience with emergency repair calls has been to wait several days for someone to come out. The repairman arrived the next day and kept us informed about what was needed to complete the job. The job was completed in three days, after having to order a part.

Andrew did a fantastic job repairing my refrigerator/freezer, which was icing over, freezing, and then defrosting onto my floor. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the main issue efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by repairing the freezer door handle—something I hadn’t even asked him to do—and didn’t charge me extra for it. That kind of initiative and customer care really stood out. I felt the value of the service was excellent for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Andrew for any appliance repairs!

Andy was right on time to fix my dryer. he took it apart and cleaned it, which apparently the previous guy I hired did not do. He showed me all the lint which had built up from repeatedly drying cheap towels, and that was blocking the air flow, and so no heat. He showed me what he had done and explained. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, young man, and I will use Padele now whenever I have an appliance problem. they do it all! thank you, Andy!

I’m also adding professionalism and punctuality. Extremely knowledgeable about the appliance. My refrigerator was making a racket, it’s only 3 yrs old. Andrei left no stone unturned. He found the issue, ordered the part and installed it so that it wouldn’t happen again. Highly recommend and would call them again

Excellent. Would hire again. He tried to work with LG but LG was terrible. They sent the wrong door so the repairman was unable to do the repair. I argued with 7 different divisions of LG but got nowhere. I told LG they have 48 hours to pick up the wrong door and deliver the correct door. It’s been 10 days. So yesterday I told LG if they don’t pick this up within 48 hours I will put it on the street for the garbage men to take it away while I purchase a different brand. If someone needs the LG door let me know. I promise to give it away free if LG continues to fail.
But the repairman was outstanding. He did his best. I definently recommend.
