Andrew was so nice and accurate. He knew quickly the issue with our dryer. The time he quoted us to fix it (because a part needed to be ordered) was exactly has he said. He fixed it and cleaned up everything. Andrew was professional and timely. I would hire him again if I had any home appliance repair needs without hesitation.

Andrew was on time, a very pleasant individual.
He was very professional and found the issue right away. He was also very informative and knowledgeable. Even after the appointment we had questions about our new appliance purchase, and he was more than happy to assist us and answer any questions we had. Andrew is one of the most professional and courteous person. He diagnosed our GE Dryer not heating issue and fixed it sameday. He was very punctual and responsive and kept is appointment. Andrew was wonderful! He responded quickly and was ready to provide the service requested. Once he arrived, he found the cause to the problem and fixed it the same day. Most times I have to wait until parts come in or confirmations are done but not with Andrew! He went and got the parts needed and made the repairs! He was fast and thorough! He even took the time to wait on the phone with me to talk to my warranty company to get approval for the service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Greatly appreciated!
